SHIPPING INFORMATION

WHEN WILL I GET MY ORDER?:
Orders are processed and shipped within 5 business days. A confirmation email with tracking information will be sent when the order has been shipped. Orders placed after 3pm EST will begin processing the next business day. You will receive a separate email with your tracking information once your order is processed. Please note that it may take the shipping carrier a little time to update the tracking link so that you may accurately track your shipment.

SHIPPING WITHIN THE UNITED STATES:

Orders being shipped to an address in the United States are mailed using USPS, and typically take 2-7 days to be delivered. Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES:

Orders being shipped to an address outside the United States are mailed using a third party carrier, and can take 14-21 days to be delivered. Exceptions to this would be determined by events outside of our control such as customs, weather, natural disasters or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please Note: We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.

Please keep in mind that we rely on the same tracking provided to a customer once a package leaves our facility. Due to COVID-19, many carriers are expericing delays in shipment. Please be patient as we are currently in a pandemonium, y'all. ;)
